Why we're called the "People's Party"
Our symbol is not of an animal decorated in stars and stripes, but of a human being, and our symbol of a human being does not depict race or gender. That is because we are people. Our government of the people, for the people, by the people, should be represented by none other than what we all have in common, what we are all so proud to be. Our other symbol is of a hand holding up the index finger as if to say "number one." This symbol stands for the undeniable truth that despite everything, we are one country, one species, one team, and we are number one. The hand is that of a human. A person. We are the party of the people.
